The New Zealand Restaurant Association presents a masterclass by the 'gluten free chef' Jimmy Boswell.
Chef Jimmy Boswell is well known in New Zealand and around the world as the gluten-free chef. He specialises on dishes with full flavour, using seasonal ingredients and has a special interest in gluten free and allergy aware recipes.
Jimmy is also a Jamie Oliver Food Revolution Ambassador in New Zealand and is focused on bringing healthy family food choices for children and adults alike here in New Zealand and around the world.
Jimmy will be showcasing the following dishes at the masterclass:
. Roasted beef bone marrow and chicken liver pate
. Seared Duncan Venison Bistro Fillet on Parsnip Mash with honey bourbon blue cheese sauce and spicy Asian beans.
. Chicken lollipops with light bourbon spicy orange glaze and dressed seasonal salad greens
. Honey Bourbon Orange Chilli Double Chocolate Mousse
The dishes will be accompanied by a beverage match and a tasting of Batch 10 honey infused Bourbon.
