From dealing with group booking no-shows to tooth-chipping sour dough bread, the rules around surcharges to practical job interviews...we'll cover a range of topics you may not have even realised we can help with. Restaurant Association membership co-ordinator Sarah and Branch President Liz will take you through some of our favourites but feel free to send us your own quirky questions when you RSVP!
