Mike has recently joined the Restaurant Association team as Assessment and Membership Coordinator for the South Island. With over 17 years in the industry, Michael is an experienced chef who has worked in New Zealand and internationally. Mike has also recently completed a Bachelor of Business, majoring in marketing and will provide insights gained from completing his degree, applied with his practical experience.
