The Restaurant Association will be hosting a Waikato MeetMe & member briefing on 24th March, 2.30-4pm at Mr Pickles, 298 Victoria Street, Hamilton.
The Restaurant Association’s member briefings connect regional members to national experts on subjects important to your business.
This member briefing will be in three parts:
Part 1: 2.30pm - 2.45pm
Get the latest industry update, presented by the Restaurant Association. We’ll let you know about some of the upcoming RA events and activities, as well as any developments impacting the hospitality industry.
Part 2: 2.50pm - 3.30pm
Hon. Tim Macindoe, MP Hamilton West
Hamilton MP Hon, Tom Macindoe will be joining our member briefing. He’ll talk about National’s key initiatives for the region and will also discuss the Party’s policy positions on key issues for the hospitality industry.
Tim Macindoe has been MP for Hamilton West since November 2008, and served as Minister of Customs, Associate Minister of Transport, and Associate Minister of Education in the National-led Government of Prime Minister Bill English in 2017. He is the current National Party Shadow Attorney General and Spokesperson for ACC and Seniors.
This is a great opportunity for members to talk with Tim, ask questions, and let him know about the challenges of the industry.
