Marek will also help you to understand the process of wine selection, cost of sales and the layout of a wine list from a Sommeliers perspective.

Marek Przyborek is an award winning Sommelier with experience gained on both sides of the equator. Having worked in renowned establishments in Poland, UK and NZ, he also holds Court of Master Sommeliers Advanced (CMS) and WSET Level 3 in Wines and Spirits. Marek won NZ and Poland Sommelier of the Year in 2018 and  6th best Sommelier of Asia and Oceania 2018, Kyoto.
