Will Guidara is the former co-owner of Make It Nice, a hospitality group that currently includes Eleven Madison Park, the NoMad restaurants, and Made Nice. In 2019, he sold the group to Daniel Humm to start a new restaurant company focused on quality, simplicity and above all else, hospitality. He is the co-founder of the Welcome Conference, an annual hospitality-driven event that brings together the best minds from the world of hospitality for a day-long discussion. He continues to run and grow the conference, which started in Manhattan and in 2019 expanded to Chicago. Will has received numerous accolades in his impressive career including a collection of Michelin stars to James Beard Foundation awards.
After opening 30 restaurants over the last 27 years, James Beard winning restaurateur Kevin Boehm has become one of America's foremost visionaries in the field of hospitality. Kevin, along with his partner Rod Katz have built Boka, a restaurant group based on great chefs, inspired design and enlightened hospitality recognised by numerous Michelin stars. He currently sits on the board of the Illinois Restaurant Association, Open Table, 826 CHI and Easter Seals.
