Katie will be taking us through Sales in Service – Use sales techniques to enhance guest experience and ultimately make more money!

Katie is originally from the UK and grew up living in pubs and restaurants, she started working at the age of 12 and has been in the industry ever since. Katie has worked in every position from KP to Operations Manager, working both front and back of house all over the world.  Katie came to NZ in 2010, working in Wellington in Multi-site Operations, moving to Auckland in 2016, with Hipgroup and then took on the North Island Operations role with Madam Woo/Hawker & Roll. Katie is currently Restaurant Manager at Hello Beasty in Auckland's viaduct.
