New Zealand and wine go hand in hand, its something we’re widely known for all over the world, but do your staff know the real difference between a Pinot Noir from Central Otago and Hawkes Bay?

The vast and different landscapes as well as extremely different weather (the classic four seasons one day springs to mind) all over New Zealand play a huge part in how our wine tastes and looks. Maciej will take us through these different places and why it’s important to know those different wine characteristics.

Maciej is a vastly experienced wine professional with over 15 years in the hospitality industry. A 5 year Masters Degree in Hospitality & Management saw him then gain valuable fine wine & hospitality experience in Poland, Italy, Australia & New Zealand.
