Frank Hsu is Owner-Operator of premium specialty coffee brand ‘Frank’s Coffee’. Realising his lifelong dream of owning a café, Frank now juggles two successful cafes and a micro-roaster in Wellington. Following on from his consecutive success placing top 3 at the NZ Barista Championships, Frank is now actively involved in a judging capacity. He also Co-Chairs the Education Portfolio at the NZ Specialty Coffee Association.
