We have assembled a panel of leading business and finance experts to equip you with practical tools, strategies and advice geared around business survival.
This session will look at:
Justin Keen is a Director of Betterco Advisory & Accounting. When Justin Keen opened his 100% Xero, set-fee accounting firm over ten years ago, it was the first of its kind in New Zealand. After years working in traditional accounting firms, he realised the core offering was something clients simply didn’t value. Shifting the focus away from compliance work towards offering advisory services was, at the time, revolutionary, and the model has inspired almost every new firm since. Partnering with the other BetterCo directors was the right next step for Justin. They share core values and bring complementary skills that let them help more and larger clients in a way that brings real value to their businesses and their lives as a whole.
