How to give effective feedback to team members that promotes performance and engagement, presented by Ally Mccullagh, Business Coach at McCullagh Coaching.

What is it that makes feedback such a challenge for both givers and receivers? Why is It so tough to give honest feedback even when it’s sorely needed? Often performance problems go unaddressed for months before we pluck up the courage to give the feedback we need to and then when we do it often doesn’t go well. Ally will provide effective techniques to help us be more effective giving difficult feedback as well as receiving it.

Ally is an experienced leadership development coach and trainer, with a background in restaurant management. Ally works with groups and individuals helping them reach their full potential as leaders and work more effectively to motivate and engage their team. Ally specialises in the day to day action of leadership and has developed an innovative methodology of physical learning in her work which drives sustainable development and growth for her clients. Ally is originally from the UK but has been living in New Zealand for 17 years. She has two children who are 10 and 12. Outside of work Ally enjoys trail running, swimming, tramping and salsa dancing. Last year Ally completed her first marathon.
