This member briefing will be in two parts:
Guest speaker, Casey MacDonald will join us to offer his insights into running busy restaurant businesses (and multiple sites) as well as some current restaurant trends.
Casey is head chef at Craggy Range, taking up this appointment in 2017, having returned home to New Zealand with his young family after 10 years abroad. Casey has extensive experience from working at a number of Michelin starred restaurants in London and San Francisco and more recently hatted restaurants in Melbourne. Craggy Range Restaurant recently won two hats at the 2018 Cuisine Good Food Awards.
