at 45 Normanby Road, Mt Eden, Auckland

We'll be updating members on our commitments for the coming year and achievements of the past year.

2. To receive and adopt accounts for the year
3. To elect the 2019 officers in accordance with the rules:- President, Vice Presidents (two)
4. To fix the Year 2020 Subscriptions
5. To appoint an auditor
6. To approve amendments to the constitution of the Association
7. To close meeting
