We will be addressing some of the top questions we are getting from members around implementing the recent employment changes:
When can employees take their breaks - does it have to be in the middle of the shift? What happens is they don't want to take a break? Can everyone agree to other arrangements with breaks?
Do existing staff need a new employment agreement?
How will the domestic violence leave work in practice - how to address this sensitively and correctly?
