Part 2: 2.50pm - 3.30pm
COVID-19 Update
We will be providing an update on some of the key considerations for you and your business, particularly in preparation if the coronavirus situation worsens. Prepared by the RA Helpline team, this will cover off business considerations, health and safety and employment faq’s.
We will also be joined by Bryce Powell from Westpac Nelson who will present some of the economic forecasts for 2020 in relation to the impact of coronavirus. While the economic impact is wildly uncertain at this stage, it is looking likely to be more severe than SARS or the 2009 swine flu pandemic. Bryce will look at why the impact of this coronavirus will be different. Westpac have also forecast when, and how, they predict the New Zealand economy will recover and what this will mean for our businesses.
Part 3: 3.30 - 4.00pm - Networking
