The Restaurant Association, with the support of American Express and Nova Energy, will be hosting a Canterbury member briefing on 27 April at 2.30pm. The Restaurant Association’s member briefings connect regional members to national experts on subjects important to your business.
This member briefing will be in three parts:
Part 1: 2.30pm - 2.45pm
Get the latest industry update, presented by the Restaurant Association. We’ll let you know about some of the upcoming RA events and activities, as well as any developments impacting the hospitality industry.
Part 2: 2.50pm - 3.30pm
Shay Robinson, Community & Economic Development Advisor from selwyn council will be joining us along with some local producers to discuss how members can connect with local produces directly. This is a great opportunity to learn about what resources are available at our doorstep and how we can tap into them. In the RA's recent consumer dining survey, using local and in season produce was the most important trend for over 80% of diners.
Part 3: 3.30 - 4.00pm - Networking
We’ll have food and drinks kindly provided by Kapiti Cheese, Barkers and local wines. Join us to catch up with local operators, as well as your local Restaurant Association reps Kerry & Mike!
