Future-proofing your hospitality business from adverse effects is crucial to ensure its survival in the face of unexpected situations.

Presented by, Dr Tracy Hatton, Resilient Organisations

A key to achieving this is by building business capabilities now that focus on emergency planning and recovery - for when you need it in the future. By having a strong business structure and robust systems in place, your hospitality business can weather any storm and bounce back stronger than before.

In this webinar, our Business Resilience and Continuity expert, Dr Tracy Hatton will provide insights on how to develop and implement effective emergency planning and recovery strategy. This involves identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities for your business and taking measures to mitigate them. The session will also look at the importance of having contingency plans in place to ensure business continuity in the event of an unforeseen circumstance.

Register now to gain valuable insights into strategies for managing and recovering from adverse effects, including communication, supply chain management, and staff training. This knowledge will help you to build a strong and successful business that is well-prepared for any challenges that may arise in the future.
