I have been speaking to a few places around Lyttelton and a lot of our local Hospo businesses either haven’t heard of it or have been putting it off. As a local community member, I want everyone to know what’s going on and understand what obligations you have as Hospitality business owners, possible fines for non-compliance, what the outcome might be and to dispel any myths that are going around.
