AGENDA

1. To open meeting – Mike Egan
2. To adopt the new Rules of the Association, under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022
3. To receive and adopt accounts for the year (2025)
4. To fix the Year 2026 Subscriptions (from 1 April, 2026)
5. To elect the 2026 officers in accordance with the Rules:- President, Vice Presidents (two)
6. To close meeting 

All registered attendees will be provided with a Teams link to join the meeting online, along with a copy of the consolidated accounts - to be sent via email prior to the AGM.
