As co-owner of iconic venues such as Boulcott St Bistro, Monsoon Poon (Wellington & Auckland), and Burger Liquor, Mike remains at the forefront of the industry.
Beyond hospitality, Mike is deeply connected to his community as a Trustee of the Wellington Culinary Events Trust the operator of Visa Wellington on a Plate and a Member of the Wellington Mayoral Recovery Advisory Panel.
